The new 2022 season brand day uniform of Ulsan Hyundai has been revealed. Celebrating the 20th anniversary of the opening of Ulsan Munsu Soccer Stadium, Ulsan Hyundai held a brand day event with Hyundai Construction Equipment last year. The fans loved the commemorative uniform in a harmonious mix of black and gold. The expectation for this year’s brand day uniform is high.

Embracing the Long History of Sponsorship

The design concept for this year’s brand day uniform is Black & White. The two-toned color combination gives a neat and classic charm to the uniform. With the white stripes on the shoulders, the design remains characteristic rather than being too simplistic.

Attached on the uniform’s right side is a special patch with a sketch of HCE’s excavator. The patch commemorates the day when HCE’s excavator first placed its bucket on the construction site of Munsu Stadium, expressing the brand identity of Hyundai Construction Equipment.

The black and white color combination, the primary aspect of the 2022 season uniform, also holds the significance of the brand day. The two classic colors describe HCE’s long history of sponsorship with Ulsan Hyundai and the company's contribution to building the stadium. The design pursues both aesthetic beauty and the symbolization of the history made by the two partners simultaneously.

Wishing for a successful brand day event of this season in accompaniment of Ulsan Hyundai, HCE is putting lots of dedication and attention to the event. Aside from financial support to the football club, the company provided its Ulsan plant for the club to take photos of the to-be-released uniform. With lines of excavators on the plant’s delivery yard in the background, Ulsan Hyundai’s Vako, Leonardo, Lim Jong-Eun, and Lee Myung-Jae became the model for the photoshoot.

You can watch the Ulsan Hyundai players play in the 2022 season brand day uniform on August 13^th in a home match with Daegu FC. In addition to the game, the brand day event will begin on the 13^th and continue until September 11^th, on which Ulsan Hyundai will match with Pohang Steelers.
